VP Report- Gerry Ewing mentioned if meeting participants cannot attend an occasional meeting, they can call in to listen and participate.
Secretary’s Report- Cathy was at a presentation given by Caddy McKeown regarding the Northpoint container port that is being developed on the North Bend spit. The project will entail increasing the height of the tunnels along the rail line and improving the track system from the port to Eugene. The project will take 2-4 years to complete and will increase the number of trains using the track system.
Treasurer’s Report- Revenue: Received a $160 donation. Expenses were $13 for our monthly Mailchimp account. Total on hand between checking $(36,983.05), savings ($428) and cash on hand ($47.62) is $37,458.67.
Member at Large Report- Shane commented that he has not seen wake boats in his area on the lake. The “Protect your Sport” wake boat signs that deputy Baker talked about at our last meeting have already been installed at the boat launch and the marinas.
TLBP Report- Mike Mader passed out copies of the Tenmile Lakes Stewardship Guide. It is an informational packet to help owners learn about who to contact and what can be done on the lake. In the back of the guide are pictures of the Benson Creek restoration project and it shows that the project has been a success in keeping siltation from going into Coleman Arm on South Lake. Also, the purchase of land at the end of Big Creek Arm on North Lake has been completed, and development of the wetland restoration will begin soon. The Tenmile Creek log project is holding well. Mader suggested TLA continue to raise funds for future maintenance repairs of the project.
Lake gauge report- lake gauge read 7.95ft today, almost a 2ft increase from last month.

Weed treatment is ongoing. Joe Cowan still needs to address the Parrot feather that has been sprouting up around the lakes and canal. His original bid of weed clearing and mitigation was $5600. To date, we have paid him $2000 so there is still enough in the budget to do
more.
Floating Restrooms: Deputy Baker mentioned at the last meeting that he is trying to get a grant to have new floating restrooms for the lakes. We have no updates.
New Business: Welcome to Deanna Scott- a north Lake property owner who has been on the lake for over 20 years. She is interested in finding more ways to reach members of the community or get outside funding for future lake projects.
