There was a great group of volunteers that came out for the Earth Day Clean Up on Tenmile Lake and the shoreline of Wulfy Beach in Lakeside, Oregon. We enjoyed beautiful weather and made new friends. Some of the volunteers worked along the shoreline on Wulfy Beach to spread rock for drainage during the rain to help preserve the sandy beach area open to the public. Other volunteers traveled around the lake to pick up debris along the shore. We filled a large dumpster that was donated by Coos County. A big thank you to Julie Robbers for making lunch for the volunteers. We enjoyed the delicious treats!
Many thanks to the volunteers at this event. It was a great success! We hope to see you all there again next year!
